Assistance in case of accident
If you have been involved in an accident and you want to participate, you should act as follows:
1. Call the authorities.
2. Take pictures, if possible.
3. Send the participation document to email@example.com.
Assistance in theft/robbery
In case of theft or loss, the user must immediately:
1 - Report the team U-Bike - Polytechnic of Leiria
This step should not condition the following. But through communication of theft or loss it is possible to block the motor assistance of the bicycle and to track the location of the bicycle, which may be useful for the next step.

2 - Submit a complaint to the competent authorities
This step allows for the occurrence to be formalized, allows for monitoring of the case by the security authorities and subsequently activating the insurance.
3 - Formalize the occurrence
Communicate through the address firstname.lastname@example.org, within a maximum of 24 hours, attaching a copy of the complaint.
